PADI Open Water Diver course |
Would you like to dive without a direct supervision of a divemaster or an instructor? Just for you there is the OPEN WATER DIVER COURSE (OWD). Course equal european standard EN 14153-2: "Autonomous Divers" with possibility to dive to maximum depth of 18 meters.

| Course structure: | The course is modular, meaning everything is broken down into separate sections that can be completed on their own. There are three elements to the PADI Open Water diver Course – classroom reviews, swimming pool dives and open water dives.

THEORY - 5 modules - POOL SKILLS - 5 modules

| REFERRAL | The course covers the fundamentals of diving and safe diving practices (you will complete all academic requirements to become an Open Water Diver), demonstrating this knowledge by completing a multiple-choice exam at the end of the course. In the swimming pool, an instructor will take you through all of the skills you will need to dive safely and independently.
At the end of the course your Referral Certificate (part of your Log Book) will be signed, this is valid for 12 months.
You then have the choice of doing your Open Water qualifying dives here in the CZ with us, or on one of our holidays.
Alternatively your referral certificate will be recognised by any PADI Dive Centre or PADI Instructor worldwide.
This certificate is proof that you have completed all theory and pool work and are therefore eligible to undertake the four qualifying dives. |
